When will I get my order?

What if it says my order is completed, but I haven’t received it yet?

If your order shows as completed but you haven’t gotten it, please [contact us](insert link to contact form). Be sure to select the “missing order” option!

Can I get my order faster?

We don’t offer rush services, mainly because we’re always on the road and can’t guarantee quicker delivery. Thanks for understanding!

What events will you be photographing this year?

What if there’s a dog in my album that isn’t mine?

Let us know right away here, and we’ll get it sorted out!

How do I download my photos?

It depends on where you ordered:

  1. From our booth at an event: You should have received an email about two weeks after the show with download instructions. If you can’t find it (check your Spam/Junk folders), just [contact us](insert link) and we’ll resend it.
  2. From our website: Log in to your account, go to Account –> Profile, and click on the order you want to download. The link should be right there.
What kinds of products do you offer?

We offer digital photo files, including print-ready high-resolution versions. We also provide prints up to 8×10, and in special cases, up to 11×14 (contact us first to confirm if your photo works for this size).
Additionally, we’re proud to offer photo collages—a product we pioneered in dog sports photography back in 2002. These are still a customer favorite! [More details here](insert link)

What’s your refund policy?

Since our products are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds. However, if we made a mistake, please [contact us](insert link), and we’ll gladly remake the product.

How do I order photos that aren’t on the website anymore?

We can repost photos from events as far back as 2015! There’s a $100 deposit and a $50 archive fee to do this. The deposit will be added as a credit to your account and used on your next order. Once reposted, the photos will be available for one year. You can request archived photos [here](insert link).
